There are a few ways to get Shortcuts into your menu bar, but the icon won’t show up until you have added at least one. Note, you can use commands such as CTRL + L to remove a line or use a mouse and keyboard to type in the changes manually. Once done editing a given section, click Stop Recording. Then, edit the phrases, text format, or the time a subtitle phrase is displayed. If you have Shortcuts on your iPhone, any workflows you have downloaded or created will appear on your Mac (assuming you share the same Apple ID on both devices).
